Hello! I’m Gulsen or Mrs. G.; a passionate science educator and language tutor dedicated to helping students understand the world around them. After years of science teaching experience at each level, I provide personalized, engaging instruction in Middle School Science, High School Chemistry, Environmental Science, Earth Science, College General Chemistry, and Turkish language. I am certified by Florida Department of Education to teach General Science grades 5-9 and Chemistry grades 6-12. I am also a native Turkish speaker. 

Whether your student needs help catching up, staying on track, or getting ahead, I create a supportive learning environment where they can ask questions freely, explore ideas, and truly understand the material.

Every child has a bright core inside. I want to support them to use their bright core to build confidence, become more curious, and establish strong academic foundations for their education and career. 

I offer online tutoring for all over the U.S. and in‑person tutoring (in Jacksonville, Fruit Cove and St. Johns, North St. Augustine, Green Cove Spring, FL area) for students with flexible scheduling to fit busy family routines.

I can also provide coaching/facilitator for home or virtual school students. I facilitated students' learning in a virtual academy for four years. I can follow their progress in a virtual school program and support them in keeping up the pace of the program and provide help when they need during their study time.
